We offer free standard delivery across Australia, and if you opted for express shipping, your supplements will arrive even faster! Rest assured, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible so your dog can enjoy the benefits of our premium products in no time.

We dispatch orders within 24 hours of placement. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 2-8 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-4 business days

We make it easy for you to track your Happy Poochie order and stay informed about its delivery status. We use Australia Post and Sendle as our couriers. You’ll receive an email with a unique tracking number and regular updates on your delivery from the relevant courier.

• Australia Post: We use Australia Post for some standard shipping and all express shipping. Once your order is shipped, you can track your parcel, view estimated delivery dates, and request to have it left in a safe place using the AusPost app or your MyPost account. Tracking is also available on the Australia Post's tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. Australia Post can deliver to apartments, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, and remote locations. If no one is home and there’s no safe place to leave the parcel, it will be taken to the nearest Post Office or 24/7 Parcel Locker for collection.
• Sendle: For some standard shipping, we use Sendle as our courier. You can track your parcel at Sendle’s tracking page. If the driver attempts delivery and no one is home or it’s unsafe to leave the parcel, they’ll leave a card and scan it for redelivery. Sendle will attempt delivery twice. You’ll also receive an email notification with instructions for redelivery. If redelivery is not scheduled within five days, the parcel will be returned to Happy Poochie.
